Return & Replacement Policy

✅ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for free replacement or return pickup.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (if not caused during delivery).
- Customized or personalized products.
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-63834 08380 within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order ID and photos/videos showing the issue.
- After verification, we'll schedule a pickup from your address using our logistics partner.
🚚 Return Pickup & Refund
- We'll arrange a return pickup from your address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we'll issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
